Integrated Marketing Campaign to brighten Zaxby's image.
An integrated marketing campaign is sending a consistent brand message across multiple platforms.
This was an assignment in Integrated Marketing and required all of the coursework knowledge to be successful.
Within the IMC I included research on Zaxby’s from employee ratings to customer ratings to social media standings. My project focused on creating the “Zaxby’s Cares” campaign where customers could get in-store rewards for feedback on their experiences. After completing a survey, the customer would receive both a free nibbler and a follow-up call or e-mail from the store to make sure their experience met their expectations.
